(2) Product application:

    It is a kind of superSignal west pico chemiluminescent substrate for alkaline phosphatase. AMPPD resolve into AMP-

D as the the enzyme catalytic hydrolysis in appropriate buffer. The AMP-D send out an optical signal. The speed of light 

depends on the concentration of alkaline phosphate enzyme. When the alkaline phosphate enzyme coupled to

hybridization probes, the existence of the hybrid molecules can be detected by this system.
